- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was helped by a short haired women who spoke in a very condescending tone of voice and I felt like I was being treated as a 16 year instead of someone in her mid 20s. I wanted to set up auto pay and renew my license but she interrupted me and rudely asked for my driver's license and ignored my first request. She asked if I was aware of the extra admin fees, I told her I was and she gave me attitude and said "she will keep quiet then". After I got my license renewed, she asked if I wanted to set up Auto pay and began to explain it in detail. I had mentioned it at the beginning of the conversation (which she ignored) but at this point I felt I was being treated like a child so I left. Good company but that one staff member needs to treat their customers like adults and not naive children.by Suzanne 0.May 28, 2017
