  I love Octane Strength & Conditioning! I was soo surprised at how professional this place was. They have everything: kettelbell class, boot camp class, even one on one personal training. For being in Regina, I was very surprised at the level of knowledge the trainers there have. I never once felt out of place, or that i was doing anything wrong. The groups aren't huge so the trainers have time to make sure everyone knows what they're doing and doing it right. Getting a nutrition package at the start really filled me in on just how unhealthy i was eating. Having learned new things, combined with my nutrition plan and awesome trainers, i have hit my target goals, and all it needed was a little sweat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
